This option is for you if you want the fastest enduring relief from one or more painful conditions and no qualified Hanna somatic education practitioner is available to you, reasonably nearby; if your condition is beyond the expertise of your Hanna somatic educator -- or if you have a condition for which it is difficult get relief with somatic education exercises, done by yourself.
"Dissolve Your Pain" means that pain is COMPLETELY GONE for good. (Rarely do sessions need repetition.)

"Renovate Yourself" means you get back the strength, posture and mobility you had ten to twenty years ago (or better).

Distinctly feel-able improvements come immediately during sessions. You'll start to feel more comfortable part-way into the first working session; improvements continue to accumulate as sessions progress. If you're like most people, you find that you feel and function BETTER THAN BEFORE your injury.

If you have a severe condition that has persisted or returned despite standard or alternative therapy, and you are both hopeful and skeptical about the likelihood of your recovery of movement health, a consultation by telephone will enable us to arrive at a clear, "yes-or-no" sense or whether you feel clinical somatic education is right for you.

​You'll be confident that you are doing somatic education exercises correctly and are receiving state-of-the-art instruction. (Published programs tend to lag behind my state-of-the-art.)

pre-recorded, do-at-home somatic education exercise instruction needed to retain improvements through any possible soreness periods, to enhance the improvements achieved during sessions, and to keep yourself pain-free for good.

During the nine-week coaching period, I recommend that you check in promptly if, after two practice sessions of a somatic education exercise, you feel stuck or wonder if you're doing it correctly. I ask twenty-four hours advance notice for scheduling purposes.

If you get what you need before five days, you may deem service completed; the full standard fee applies. You may allocate unused session-hours to family members or friends (who should also have read, Somatics); however, any somatic education exercise programs for those others must be paid for separately.

Travel fees are included for by-the-day extensions of three or five-day intensives at your location.

Additional change-of-booking fee applies to extensions beyond three or five days. At the time of assessment, we will go over the assessment, together, to determine what needs to be done.

My guarantee pre-supposes that you follow my instructions for use of somatic education exercises during the service period, including the mentoring period, thereafter. The exercises are essential for "capturing" the changes set in motion during our sessions, the way, in university studies, one must review studied materials to retain them beyond the "cramming" period preceding examinations.
Because I give my best from the beginning, invoking my guarantee precludes the possibility of our working together again, in the future.

Due to the limited number of sessions that we can do when people choose the by-the day option, the guarantee applies when we do all of the sessions needed to address your pain patterns identified at the time of functional assessment and you have diligently done the somatic education exercises given.
​
I do not guarantee full results from a job partially done.
